We provide obstacle training classes specifically designed for kids! The classes focus on improving core strength, upper body strength and agility, which will promote better technique, improve athletic performance and build confidence in a fun environment.   

Each session lasts 55 minutes.  

Parents can drop off or stay and watch the class.​

   Lil’ Ninja Warrior Class ages 3-5

Your Lil’ Ninja will have fun while learning a series of balance, and grip obstacles. Kids will increase motor skills, agility, balance, grip and core strength. Each week our instructors will create a challenging yet fun obstacle course and provide instruction in a playful environment. These classes are designed to be a fun way to help your Lil’ Ninja learn social skills, build confidence, and gain a passion for exercise.

      Jr. Ninja Warrior Class ages 6+   
   
In each class, Junior Ninja Warriors will be presented a variety of obstacles, strength training exercises, and technique instruction. The instructor will teach the skills necessary to complete each obstacle. All students will go through the course and challenge themselves. Our courses and obstacles are specifically designed for kids! Each class focuses on improving core, upper body, grip strength and agility. This will promote better technique, improved athletic performance and build confidence in a fun environment.

Xtreme Ninja Warrior Skills Class ages 9+   
      
Although there is a recommended age, these classes are for those kids who have conquered the Ninja Warrior classes and need more of a challenge, and wish to increase their skill level. These classes will focus on grip, upper body core strength and balance skills. The instructor will design challenging courses that will be new and exciting each week. The obstacles and courses will incorporate exercises and skill techniques that will keep the student engaged
and challenged.
